Selichot
Saturday Night, September 16, Midnight
Getting into the High Holidays spirit Jews the world over
are awaiting with anticipation the arrival of the High
Holidays, which usher in the Jewish New Year of 5778
(Sept. 21 & 22). These holidays offer new hope,
renewal and inspiration.
In order to meaningfully celebrate the holiday and

maximize the experience, one must properly ready oneself for the occasion.
According to Jewish tradition, a series of Selichot (“supplication”) prayers are
recited on the days leading‐up to Rosh Hashanah.
The first Selichot prayers are recited on the Saturday night preceding Rosh
Hashana and early morning on the following days.
Chabad invites you to participate in a truly uplifting Selichot experience. Join us on Sat. Night, September 16 at Midnight. for an invigorating kickoff of the awesome Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur season.
 
 
 
 
Rosh Hashana Dinner
Wednesday Night, Sept.20  (Following Services)

On the first eve of Rosh Hashanah, September 20, The
Shul is sponsoring a Holiday Dinner. A full course meal
will be enjoyed, serving all of the holiday favorites, as
well as the many Rosh Hashanah delicacies.
The meal will be preceded by Holiday services. Services
begin at 7:00 PM. The cost of the dinner is $18.00 a

person and $60.00 a family. Reservations are required. Call the office at 262-6641

Break the fast

Everyone is invited to a Break‐the‐fast following
Havdallah on Motzei Yom Kippur,Sept. 30 at approx 7:48 pm.
The Break-fast is sponsored by Jane Sanders
 
Grand Sukkos Luncheon
Thursday October 5: 12:00PM
Several members will be sponsoring a Kiddush Luncheon on the first day of
Sukkos,Thursday, Oct. 5. Everyone is invited to join us as we celebrate
Sukkos in a truly lively atmosphere.

Simchat Torah Chassidic Style

Simchat Torah is the Holiday of rejoicing and dancing with 

 
the Torah. Come celebrate Chassidic Style—The Real
Deal, Thursday. Night., Oct. 12, 6:15 pm. The evening will include: singing, dancing, Kiddush, L’chaim & refreshments. Simchat Torah flags will be distributed to all children.

On Friday. Morning, Oct. 13, join us for another round of Hakafos, Kiddush, L’chaim & Refreshments beginning at 10:00 am. (Plan to spend your day celebrating with us)
